Culturally Responsive Practice & STEAM

Want to get students engaged in STEAM? This course teaches how to implement students' culture and their personal experiences when creating fun yet meaningful Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics activities!

 

Participants will be able to

  • Develop culturally-responsive yet creative ways to integrate STEAM in the classroom and home 

  • Conduct research on & review instructional strategies for teaching specific groups of students.

CEUs awarded

CEU will be awarded upon successful completion.

Assessment Criteria
To earn CEUs, the learner must complete and pass a final exam with an 80% or higher to demonstrate cognitive mastery of learning outcomes.
